Call for abstracts – ACCN Innovations Showcase 2026
Cancer Australia and the South Australian Comprehensive Cancer Network will co-host the third ACCN Innovations Showcase on 10 September 2026 in Adelaide.
This year’s Showcase theme is Networked excellence in action. It will highlight outcomes from established partnerships, cross service collaborations, and models of care that demonstrate networked comprehensive cancer care across diverse settings.
We invite ACCN members to submit an abstract.
Abstracts should align with the conference theme and address one or more of the Showcase categories:
- Strengthening primary care in coordinated, networked cancer care
- Strengthening cultural safety through partnerships
- Applying evidence and shared learnings to improve quality and outcomes
- Building workforce capability and scope
We welcome abstracts that demonstrate how innovation has been adapted across settings, and how shared learnings have strengthened care and driven quality improvement.
Submitting an abstract:
- The abstract must be 300 words or less and in a Word document. It should outline the background, aims, methods, results/outcomes, and conclusion.
- Please include the title, author/presenter, and the presentation category of your abstract. These elements are not included in the word count.
- Email your abstract to accn@canceraustralia.gov.au by 5pm (AEST) Monday 20 April 2026.
- Cancer Australia will acknowledge all abstracts received. Please contact the ACCN team accn@canceraustralia.gov.au if you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days of submission.
