National Technical Services for Multi-site Collaborative Cancer Clinical Trials Groups

The Australian Government, through Cancer Australia, provides funding to National Technical Services. These services support the Multi-site Collaborative Cancer Clinical Trials Groups (CTGs), which are funded under Cancer Australia’s Support for Cancer Clinical Trials (SCCT) program, to develop industry-independent cancer clinical trial concepts and protocols.

Cancer Australia currently funds two National Technical Services to provide expert advice to the CTGs. These are:

Cancer Australia is also seeking to fund a new National Technical Service to provide expert advice to CTGs on engaging meaningfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and embedding cultural safety into the design of cancer clinical trials.
