The National Cancer Control Initiative (NCCI) was established in 1997 by the Department of Health and Ageing and The Cancer Council Australia to provide advice and make recommendations to the Australian Government and other key groups regarding cancer control. The NCCI produced many reports between 1997 and 2006 on key areas of cancer control that can now be accessed through this website.
