Care and treatment services
Cancer Australia aims to enhance support, information and participation in decision-making for all people affected by cancer.
We aim to improve consumer information about cancer services, and enable better consumer involvement and choice in treatment options, decision-making and research.
One of our first priorities is responding to the need to improve information about cancer clinical trials for people affected by cancer, identified by our National Consumer Advisory Group.
We have started a project to improve consumer information about, and access to, cancer clinical trials.
Cancer Australia does not provide cancer services or advice for individuals. People seeking information about care and treatment for their individual situation are advised to speak to their general practitioner.
